The leaders at Word of Life Bible Church were looking to bring fresh energy into their business fellowship program. Chinwe Dada, a local entrepreneur and faithful church member, introduced the pastors to the Faith Driven Entrepreneur content after she heard about it from a friend.

 
 
 

“I'm passionate about business and also passionate about doing business God's way. When I heard about the Faith Driven Entrepreneur groups, I discussed it with my pastor and he really, really liked the idea.”

 
 

Congregants quickly responded, with 25 members joining the first cohort and over 50 others who were eager to join at the next opportunity. Attendees enjoyed the organized curriculum and the stories of other entrepreneurs who stayed faithful in their businesses, despite the struggles they faced.

 
 

“It was great to see people doing well in business while professing Christ. They didn’t cut corners or compromise, but we’re still able to succeed. That was the major thing that really struck home.”

 
 

Group members felt a particular connection to the church because of the way the pastors supported them. They even had a ceremony where they printed out certificates and honored those who had gone through the class in front of the congregation.

“My church has always been supportive of businesses. It's just that the business people themselves never really saw the need to follow through, but the structure of this content made it easy for everyone to get engaged and consistently participate.”

 
 

Today, the church hopes to see other business leaders go through the program, and Chinwe is excited to see what the Lord will continue doing through it.

 
 

“It’s really an awesome program, and I know God will help us all continue to add value and bring more people to the table.”
